REFUND POLICY

1. OVERVIEW
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Riddall Business Group Inc. issues or declines refunds for our services. We are committed to delivering exceptional quality and standing behind our work. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing our services.
2. SETUP FEE — NO REFUND POLICY
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once the build has commenced.
"Build commenced" means the point at which our team begins working on your custom RBG Trades OS — which occurs immediately upon receipt of full payment.
Why we have this policy: The setup fee covers the time, expertise, and resources required to design, build, customize, test, and install your custom operating system. This work begins immediately upon payment and represents a significant investment of our team's time that cannot be recovered once begun.
Exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis: We may issue a full or partial refund of the setup fee only in the following circumstances:
RBG cancels the project before any build work has commenced
A documented technical impossibility prevents delivery of the agreed scope
Both parties mutually agree to cancel before build work begins
To request a refund under these circumstances contact [email protected] within 7 days.
3. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION — NO REFUND POLICY
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
If you cancel your subscription:
Your service continues until the end of the current billing period
No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed
No refund is issued for the current month's subscription
4. CANCELLATION PROCESS
To cancel your monthly subscription:
Send written notice to [email protected]
Include "Cancellation Request" in the subject line
Include your business name and the email address on your account
We will confirm cancellation within 2 business days
Your subscription will end at the close of the current billing period
Required notice: 30 days written notice as per your Service Agreement.
5. FAILED PAYMENT POLICY
If your monthly subscription payment fails:
Our team will contact you personally within 2 business days
You have 7 days from the failed payment date to resolve the issue
Services may be paused after 7 days of non-payment
Services will be restored immediately upon successful payment
Accounts unpaid for 30+ days may be subject to termination per the Service Agreement
6. DISPUTES
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a billing concern:
Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge
Include your business name, invoice number, and description of the concern
We will review and respond within 5 business days
If a billing error is confirmed we will issue a credit or refund promptly
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in suspension of services and additional fees.
7. QUALITY GUARANTEE
While we do not offer refunds on setup fees once work has commenced — we do stand behind the quality of our work. If any component of your RBG Trades OS is not functioning as described in your Service Agreement we will fix it at no additional cost. Our team is available to resolve any technical issues as part of your ongoing subscription.
