At Riddall Business Group (RBG), we are committed to delivering high-quality business
operating systems and implementation services that help service-based businesses operate
more efficiently and scale with clarity. Because our services involve significant time,
customization, and system configuration, the following refund policy applies.
1. Implementation Fees
Implementation Fees cover the setup, configuration, and deployment of your customized RBG
Operating System.
These services include but are not limited to:
• System configuration
• CRM setup
• Pipeline configuration
• Automation workflows
• Snapshot deployment
• Calendar and communication setup
• Account integrations
• Initial onboarding support
Non-Refundable Policy
Once implementation work has begun, all Implementation Fees are non-refundable.
This is because system setup requires immediate allocation of technical resources, labor, and
configuration specific to your business.
If a client cancels before any work has begun, RBG may review refund requests on a
case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
2. Monthly Subscription (MRR)
RBG services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.
Monthly subscriptions grant access to:
• The RBG Operating System platform
• CRM and automation infrastructure
• Hosted system environment
• Ongoing software access
• System maintenance and updates
Billing Policy
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
Payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
If a client cancels their subscription:
• Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time
3. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
• System access may be temporarily restricted
• Clients will receive automated notifications to update billing details
If payment is not resolved within a reasonable time period, RBG reserves the right to:
• Suspend system access
• Disable services
• Terminate the account
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by submitting written notice to:

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for partially used billing periods.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting RBG to resolve the
issue:
• System access may be immediately suspended
• All services may be terminated
• The client may be restricted from future services with RBG
We strongly encourage clients to contact us first so we can resolve any issues quickly.
6. Service Commitment
Riddall Business Group is committed to delivering systems that create measurable operational
improvements for service businesses.
If you encounter any issues or require assistance, our team will work with you to resolve them
through our support process.
7. Policy Updates
RBG reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Updates will be posted on the company website with the revised effective date.
